Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Gallery Dept, and we work hard to give our customers the greatest possible experience with our goods. If you are not quite happy with your purchase, please read the following information about our refund and return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You can start a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: All tags must remain on the item, and it must be unused, unwashed, and in its original state.
  • Exclusions: Gift cards, bespoke orders, and final sale products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, kindly:

  1. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the problem in an email to gallerydept.us@gmail.com.
  2. Await the shipment instructions and return authorization from our staff.
  3. Return the item or items to the specified address. To prevent damage during transit, please make sure the package is packed securely.

Note: Unless the return is for a damaged or erroneous item, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses.

Refunds

  • We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as your return has been received and examined.
  • Within 7–10 business days, authorized refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
  • Unless there was a mistake on our end, shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges

We don’t presently provide direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the previous item for a refund in order to exchange it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Send us a quick email at gallerydept.us@gmail.com with your order details and pictures of the damage.
  2. At no extra expense, we will offer a remedy, such a replacement or reimbursement.

International Returns

The same return policy is in effect for orders placed from overseas. Please be aware that return shipping charges and any relevant customs taxes are the responsibility of overseas consumers.
